Vladislav specializes in M&A transactions, investment projects, asset acquisitions and disposals, as well as private capital and family office matters. He has more than 20 years of experience in senior positions across M&A, investments, private equity, wealth management and large-scale project management. Over the course of his career, he has held positions including M&A Director, Investment Director, Managing Director, Partner and Investment Advisor.

Vladislav advises both sellers and buyers on transactions and is involved in identifying investment targets, transaction structuring, negotiations, financial modeling, asset valuation and due diligence. A significant part of his expertise relates to distressed assets and special situations, as well as protecting the interests of owners, investors and buyers.

Throughout his career, Vladislav has participated in hundreds of PE and VC investment projects, advised on dozens of M&A transactions across multiple jurisdictions, and worked with assets in Russia, Europe, the UAE, the UK, Africa and Asia.

Vladislav has experience working with family offices, investment offices of individuals featured on the Forbes list, private investors, funds, banks, investment companies and corporate clients. His experience includes advising on transactions involving foreign companies, off-market deals, financing arrangements, acquisitions and disposals of major assets, as well as managing investment portfolios and special purpose companies.

Vladislav graduated from the Russian New University with a degree in Finance and Banking.

He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the State University of Management.

In addition, he completed educational programs at Yale University, London Business School, the University of London and Erasmus, covering negotiations, strategy, management, advanced valuation, private equity, M&A and venture capital.
