Svyatoslav joined the O2 Consulting team in 2024. Prior to joining O2 Consulting, he worked at Russian and international law firms, including GSL Law & Consulting and Pepeliaev Group, as well as at the Moscow City Bar Association as an attorney’s assistant. He also completed an internship at the Ministry of Finance.

Svyatoslav has seven years of professional experience, specializing in foreign corporate law, corporate administration of foreign companies, KYC, AML and Compliance procedures, bank account opening, preparation of legal opinions, and providing legal and administrative support to private clients and businesses.

Svyatoslav graduated from the International Law Faculty of MGIMO University (Bachelor’s degree — 2017; Master’s degree — 2019, with honors).

He is fluent in English and has intermediate proficiency in German (B1).
