Irina joined the O2 Consulting team in 2019. Previously, she worked at the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris and at the World Bank Group in Washington, D.C.

She specializes in PPP projects, international corporate structuring, cross-border transactions and sanctions law.

She has been a member of the New York State Bar Association since 2022.

Irina has more than eight years of experience in legal consulting and legal support of projects across a range of industries, including energy, nuclear power, forestry, FMCG, banking and telecommunications.
