XII Russian M&A Congress

On April 21, 2022, the annual XII Russian M&A Congress was held, organized by the information and analytical agency PREQVECA, the project Mergers.ru and by Cbonds-Congress.

The conference brought together key industry players – representatives of corporations and foundations, regulatory authorities, top managers of consulting and law firms, private investors and entrepreneurs.

From O2Consulting, Partner, Head of International Legal Practice Karen Shakhnazarov and Partner, Head of Fintech Practice Daria Nosova took part in the event.
