Discussion panel of the SPIEF 2022: "Venture investments. Features of legal regulation in Russia”

On June 29, a discussion panel was held: "Venture investments. Features of legal regulation in Russia”, within the framework of the SPIEF 2022.

The panel was moderated by Natalia Kuznetsova, Partner and Head of Corporate Practice at O2Consulting. Experts discussed such topics as convertible loans, agreements between venture investors and startups, the activities of Russian investment partnerships and much more.
