Natalia joined the O2 Consulting team in 2008 and took up the position of Vice President in early 2015

Before joining the O2 Consulting team, Natalia worked in legal departments of Russian and international venture and trust companies. Ms Kuznetsova has over 15 years’ experience of working in the legal profession and tax consulting.

At O2 Consulting, Natalia is head of two leading practices - Corporate Law and Tax.

Since joining O2 Consulting, Ms Kuznetsova has implemented a considerable number of projects of varying complexity in the area of business and asset due diligence, tax structuring, business reorganisation and protection, and a number of landmark M&A transactions.
