Vlad Burilov spoke at an international conference “Blockchain, Public Trust, Law and Governance” in the University of Groningen (the Netherlands)

On November 30^th, 2018 Vlad Burilov, Associate of our International Legal Practice, spoke at an international conference “Blockchain, Public Trust, Law and Governance” in the University of Groningen (the Netherlands) and presented his paper “Utility Token Offerings and Crypto Exchange Listings: how regulation can help?” Among the invited keynote speakers were professor of Birmingham Law School, Karen Yeung, associate professor of European University Institute, Liav Ograd, researcher at the National Center of Scientific Research (CNRS) in Paris, Primavera De Filippi and may other well-recognized experts from both academia and practice.
