We continue to share the possibilities of obtaining a residence permit in other countries and now we will take a closer look at obtaining resident visas in the UAE through the establishment of companies.
1. To start the registration process of a company, you first need to choose the type of activity that it will be engaged in. This is required due to the need to obtain an appropriate license for a particular type of activity. In addition, understanding the company's activities will simplify the choice of the emirate in which it will be registered.
2. After selecting the type of activity and collecting the necessary documents and information for the purposes of company registration, the documents are submitted for approval to the registrar of the relevant zone. After receiving such approval, the license is issued fairly quickly (3-4 business days).
We would like to draw your attention right away that personal presence is not required for the purposes of company registration.
3. After the registration of the company, it is necessary to submit documents for obtaining an entry permit – this is a permit under which the shareholder will need to enter the UAE for the purpose of obtaining a resident visa. The issue of an entry permit can take about two weeks, depending on the speed of the work of the emirate's state bodies.
4. After obtaining an entry permit, you can already plan a trip to the UAE for the subsequent issuance of a resident visa, passing medical tests, submitting documents to the relevant authorities and putting a visa in your passport itself.
It should be remembered that obtaining a resident visa can take from 3 to 14 working days, so you should plan your stay in the Emirates during this period. However, during your stay in the UAE, you can also schedule meetings with banks for the purpose of opening accounts (once again, we remind you that in the UAE, banks do not open accounts without personal presence).
