• The company is a resident of the Astana International Financial Center (AIFC). AIFC is a special legal regime on the territory of Kazakhstan, which is a kind of financial hub in Central Asia and the EAEU;
• The company is a resident of Astana Hub (AH). AN is the largest international technology park of IT startups in Central Asia, whose residents can use a developed infrastructure to support startups, as well as significant tax benefits.

The answer to this question depends on the intended activity of the company because the possibility of applying tax benefits depends on the correct structuring of the economic component.

How to register a company?

The registration process is clearly regulated by law, and its features depend on the organizational and legal form. As a general rule, the company registration process takes from 1 week to 1 month (depending on the chosen form and the need to obtain licenses).
