Mandatory conditions are the provision of an employment contract and confirmation of qualification with a diploma.Persons holding a position in the top management of a company in the UAE can also expect to receive a visa for a period of 10 years if the following criteria are met:* bachelor's degree or its equivalent;* monthly salary of at least 30 000 dirhams (≈ 8,200 USD);• work experience of at least 5 years;• a valid employment contract.

3. Real estate investments in the UAE

The amount of investment directly depends on the period for which the visa will be issued:* investing in the amount of at least 1,000,000 dirhams (≈ 273,000 USD) makes it possible to obtain a visa for a period of 3 years; • investing in the amount of at least 5,000,000 dirhams (≈ 1,362,000 USD) makes it possible to obtain a visa for a period of 5 years.It is important that the investment is carried out using its own funds, and the investment object is at the stage of completed construction and remains owned by the investor for 3 years. On average, the visa processing process takes up to 4 weeks.

4. Investment in an investment fund

If you invest 10,000,000 dirhams (≈ 2,723,000 USD) in an investment fund or business in the UAE, you can apply for a resident visa for 10 years. The investor status must be maintained for the next 3 years. It will take from 4 to 5 weeks to get a visa.
