O2 Consulting in the top three in the ranking of consultants on the Russian M&A market for 2023

We are proud and happy to share with you another achievement of our team: O2 Consulting took 3rd place among the leaders of legal consultants and 2nd place in the ranking by the number of transactions.

With the participation of our lawyers, at least 11 transactions were concluded in 2023 for a total amount of more than $1 billion.

The results of the rating of M&A consultants for 2023 were prepared by the authoritative information and analytical agency Mergers.ru: Mergers and Acquisitions in Russia based on data received from consulting companies, as well as media materials and other public sources.
