Mergers.ru presented the rating of consultants on the Russian M&A market for 2022

The information and analytical agency PREQVECA, as part of the Mergers.ru / “Mergers and Acquisitions in Russia” project, has prepared a Rating of M&A consultants for 2022. The rating was compiled based on data received from consulting companies, as well as media materials and other public sources.

O2 Consulting was noted in the following categories:
3rd place among leaders of legal consultants;
2nd place in the ranking by number of transactions.

The award ceremony will take place on April 20, 2023 as part of the XIII Russian M&A Congress.
