Legal Forum of the South of Russia 2022

Аs many people know, in the period from September 9 to 11, Sochi hosts the Legal Forum of the South of Russia 2022 – one of the largest legal events, filled with an impressive business program and interesting networking events.

We are pleased to share the news that Natalia Kuznetsova, Partner and Head of Corporate Practice at O2Consulting, acted as a speaker at the panel "Legal Risks of Business under sanctions and restrictions". During her speech on the topic "How to protect assets during sanctions: a roadmap for business", Natalia shared practical tips for building an effective business protection model against sanctions and spoke about the three most important aspects – owner protection, corporate protection and operational protection.

In addition to Natalia, on behalf of O2Consulting participated in the forum: Inna Perelekhova (Partner and Head of the Family Office), Natalia Pushkarskaya (Partner and Head of the Practice of Providing Services for Wealthy Individuals) and Dmitry Sorokin (Deputy Director for Development).
