Digital experiment: A start has been made

The self-isolation regime has taught us a lot, moreover, it has clearly shown what can happen in the very near future. Electronic passes, face recognition, location detection, tracking of movement routes - all this is already real, although a couple of years ago it rather seemed like a new scenario for the film "The Matrix".

We recall that on April 24, 2020, Federal Law No. 123-FZ was adopted, allowing the use of personal data of residents of the capital in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. The law comes into force on July 1, 2020, which means that the digital experiment begins, although its design, content and goals are covered by a secret for most citizens and even experts.
