Advising wealthy clients of the BCS Financial Group within the framework of a strategic partnership: from unblocking assets of wealthy individuals in foreign jurisdictions, support on issues of obtaining a residence permit, permanent residence and citizenship, structuring inheritance and succession, ending with consulting on CFC, international and Russian taxation. The total value of clients' assets exceeds 50 billion rubles.
Consulting within the framework of a strategic partnership of wealthy clients of the largest Russian bank (top 3) on the creation and restructuring of personal holdings of clients in Europe and the Middle East, adaptation of family stock and trust structures to changes in the location of beneficiaries, legal advice on obtaining a residence permit, citizenship. The total amount of client assets included in the perimeter of the project tasks amounted to more than 200 billion rubles.
