Tatyana joined O2 Consulting in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, she was Head of tax Department in the management company of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), Russia’s sovereign wealth fund with reserved capital of $10 billion under management.
In addition, Tatyana is Ph.D., a 1-st rank adviser of the Tax authority and an associated professor in the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) where she lectures on derivatives transactions.
Tatyana has more than 25 years of advisory experience in financial services industry, and more than 9 years of work experience at KPMG in the field of projects, related to taxation and financial services. For the last time, she directed a number of projects on hedging of financial risks for customers from various sectors of the economy and conducted tax due diligence of banks and brokers.

Tatyana graduated from the Radio Engineering Faculty in Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University), earned her Master's degree with honors in the specialty "Radio engineer" in 1994.
In 1994, the MEI Business School, she received her Bachelor's degree in Administrative Management;
In 1997, All-Russian Correspondence Financial and Economic Institute, she earned her Master's degree with honors in the specialty "Economist, Finance and Credit", with the specialization in Taxes and Taxation;
In 2003, the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation, a master's degree with honors in the specialty "Lawyer", with the focus on Legal Regulation of the Market Economy;
In 2004, Tatyana was awarded the academic degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences in the specialty "Finance and Credit". The topic of the dissertation was "Formation of the market of derivative financial instruments (PFI) in the Russian Federation''. She defended her work at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation;
In 2010, Tatyana was awarded the scientific title of Associate Professor at the Department of Financial Market Regulation of the Faculty of Finance and Banking of the RANEPA under the President of the Russian Federation;
In 2016, Tatyana received a qualification certificate (5.1) on awarding the qualification of a financial market specialist in the management of investment funds, mutual investment funds and non-state investment funds.

Tax analysis of the organizational structure of the combined business of three Russian companies and the largest foreign company for the organization of online retail trade
Participation in the development and subsequent modernization of the tax regime for transactions with securities and derivative financial instruments (Articles 280, 301-305 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation)
